Should I start panicking?!
I'm 6weeks pregnant with no.1. but went to the loo this morning and had a bit of light pink blood on the tissue. 'Touch wood' I haven't had any cramps or feel any different but it's Sunday in London and nothing is open accept the NHS 111 emergency line. I read that this can be normal but also to call a dr asap... can anyone advise? My first midwife appointment is this Thursday
