Is it happening again?

Joanne • Angel, twin angels, with a forth, fifth and sixth angel. Rainbow boy came 7/2/20- #2 is on the way due 11/22/21

I'm 4w5d today, woke up and had a little pink discharge when I wiped. I have a UTI and have been on meds since Wednesday. History of miscarriages. I'm absolutely terrified!!!
