Does this mean..

Does this mean. Take 2 a day whatever time? Or take 2 at the same time in one day? Or take 1 twice a day meaning take 2 whatever time as long as it’s in a 24hr period? Or 12hr period?? I don’t understand this!! Please Help!!! 😩

Twice daily = at two different times of the day. So 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening is a good guideline.

Seeing as it's just ferrous sulfate, as long as you get two a day you're good, it's not critical what time you take them or if it's both or one at a time. However I highly suggest taking it with a meal, and make sure you don't take tums or any other antacids around the same time of day that you take the pills! :)
