Not sure which group this would go to but here it is. I’m calling CPS on my sister in law tomorrow... I have picture proof of her sending our niece over with dirty clothes, her not having a bath in days with food stuck in her hair, a bottle of milk that had sour milk in it and hadn’t been washed where there was milk crust on it ... her having a diaper rash on her from sitting in dirty diapers for such a long time....her bringing her over in the pouring rain when it’s 40 degrees outside in just a diaper no clothes. Anyone with experience in this matter is there anything else I’d need before I call?

EDIT— they are planning a visit before this weekend , my other sister in law is going to be the one to most likely get her, she can’t have kids and wants my niece.
