Post D & C question

Hey ladies,

Had my D & C on Monday, a week from tomorrow. The introductions post op were kinda vague I have my follow up in four weeks. I am almost done spotting/bleeding (I think) & cramping is not as bad. My question is when is it okay to work out again & have sex? I'm definitely assuming working out is okay, but just making sure!
