Guy problems help?

I’ve fallen for this guy liked him since August and he has a a girlfriend, I was at a party with him last night and we were lying down with my head on his shoulder and his head on my shoulder, he kissed my forehead which confused me, the next day we hung out again, and he was trying to make me feel better //because I have depression and I’m a cutter// and then kissed my forehead again and said everything was gonna be okay as long as we are together, he walked me home and we kissed like actual on the lips, for quite a while and I had to go, he told me earlier that day that he was breaking up with his girlfriend because he loves me, but now he doesn’t know who to choose, I have been saying that I want him to be happy and if that’s with her to go with it but I honestly don’t know what to do... help?
