Baby playing with toys?

When did your baby start playing with toys?   Such as grabbing a rattle or something like that

At 6 1/2 weeks he took interest in his toys one day out of no where. He hits and and kicks at his swinging toys in his play pen. He is 9 1/2 weeks and has been grabbing toys and rattles for about 2 weeks now.

My lo is 10 weeks but haven’t played with his toys yet. He does grab his blanket or like my hair tho lol.

I got my baby to grab soft rattles from me last night for the first time, she'll be 12 weeks on Wednesday. She's been sucking on her hands for a while and started looking at her hands like 3 days ago for the first time. She doesn't hold the toys long, but I've been trying to show her how I open my hand and grasp around things. I had been doing it for a week, so I think she finally had something click and can now understand it. She's not at the point where she will shake the rattle purposefully.

My bg is about to be 12 weeks. She startrd batting at toys tge past week. Really giving them the eye lol. She will hold one and bring it to her mouth if I help her get a hold on it. She's started grabbing her burp clothes and putting them in her mouth to chew on also.

My son will be 12 weeks Wednesday and he isn’t. I’ve put toys in front of him, but he can’t grab them.

Mine is 11 weeks old and he has been batting at his toys for about 2 weeks. I can place a toy ring in his hand and he will take it to his mouth but he can't "play" yet. Or grab on his own in a "I meant to pick this up" Kind of way.
