I have a cold is what i think, i started with headaches & then i got sinus pressure soooo bad so i bought over the counter medicine for sinus congestion & lately it has been hard to even eat since i guess my phlegm is stuck in my throat and it makes me nauseous or im not sure if phlegm goes to my stomach and that also can make me nauseous. On Tuesday is about to be a week since it all started, do colds last this long? And what remedies or advice do y'all give? Thank you.
