Ive been so dead set on breastfeeding my baby since before he was born, but now that he's here i have had such a difficult time trying to breastfeed! First off he has a terribly hard time latching i have tried a nipple shield and he spits it out. Ive pumped and fed it to him an he now has blood in his stool!! I have been formula feeding him since about 6 hours after he was born because I could t get him to feed and the nurses were teeing me if he didn't then they needed to supplement feed him die to his blood sugar levels being low. Well when we came home last night i gave him some breastmilk and he literally had the worst night of sleep until now he's pooping blood ugh!!!!
