Early but..

I’m 6-7 DPO. Last night I experienced period like cramps mainly on my left side for a good 20 min. Today only my right boob is sore and my left breast is itchy, craving chocolate, lower back aches (2 Days), and experiencing creamy white CN like lotion almost. I also keep smelling Dog Poop 🤷🏻‍♀️ but when I look there’s nothing (I have a lab)

Could these possibly be very early symptoms? I normally don’t get sore breasts and my back never hurts. Creamy CM is usually normal early in my cycle but not post ovulation 🤔 idk I could just be Symptom Spotting but is anyone in the same boat or could these be real symptoms?!
