how long did you wait before going out after c section?

its been a week since I had my c section and im feeling better. still in some pain and. walk slow but over all I'm ok. I want to go out ans buy some baby clothes I need but my mom is so crazy she drove to my house to make sure instayed home 😂 I feel ok ..how long did you wait until you were out ans about?

I went out the day I got home from the hospital but hubby drove

I went out the first week bc I needed nursing bras but went slow and only for that. I didn't stay cooped up in the house just listened to my body

about two weeks just because I knew I'd want to stay out longer than I should lol

I drove 9 hours home on day 3 and was out at Walmart and the mall on day 4. Just listen to your body.

Baby, husband and I went on a walk in the park 4 days after c-section. But I know my best friend was in a lot of pain for 4-6 weeks after. Everyone heals different

I am a week from surgery today and I went out yesterday to take the baby to her pediatrician and then we stopped at the outlet mall to get her some sleep gowns. It was good to walk a bit but you can’t drive. Hubby drove us and I was ready to go after only 2 stores. It took a lot out of me and I was pretty sore the rest of the day but it did feel nice.

I went to a friends house 5 days after c section, but i was still pretty uncomfortable. I didn't go out to shop or anything until about 2 and half weeks after.

I went straight home and waited until after a week I stock piled necessities and let hubby do the rest I had devices and other things to keep me company also I'm from the islands so its a rule to stay 9 days inside

I was in the hospital for 3 days after and then we drove to the hospital every day after that since the babies were in the nicu for a month. I think I went grocery shopping at about 1 week pp
