so I've posted alot about this with no response and i am so stuck rn

Im 7 days late but there is no chance unless im the virgin Mary, that i am pregnant. i am not under that much stress either.

for the past 7 days I've been wearih pads in case i start and now i have a rash on my inner thigh. i am scared to use tampons and menstrual cups so pads are my only real option.

i am 19 and normally have really regular periods (to the exact day most of the time!)

any ideas or things i can do?
