When is a cycle to long?

I have been TTC for 10 months and I'm really started to feel the frustration. My cycles average 37-45 days long. I'm using OPKs and I am currently on day 30 with no LH surge this month. The longer the cycle, the less "times" a year I could get pregnant.

Any advice is welcome.
