Gas pains
Hey everyone! Just got my BFP a few days ago. I'm 4 weeks and 3 days along, and have a ton of symptoms. One of the craziest ones is gas pains. I have had a lot of gas, but today I'm having really bad gas pains but can't seem to pass the gas.. can anyone else relate? It's kinda freaking me out!!!!
