Would you move?

Would you move if your significant other lived in another country and moving meant being with him physically? But you were guaranteed a job that was better paying than the one you have now?

I live in Canada and my partner lives in the U.S but all of my family and friends are here. With Trump being the president, i am absolutely against moving but the only reason why i would do it is because my bf lives there and i would be earning more. Canada is just so amazing and i've never felt unsafe here. Can someone please help me..... nonbiased opinions please
