Positive OPK twice in one month. Line on hpt? Help please

Hi. So I've been taking vitex for a little over two months now, been TTC for a year and a half. I started temping this month along with the OPKs. I got my first positive opk on cd11, followed by a dip and then three days of higher temps to confirm ovulation. Last night I started feeling pains in my ovaries, but being as that I have cysts and pcos I thought nothing of it. Tonight I had discomfort, and (tmi) was extremely wet. Went to the bathroom and thought "you never know" so I took an opk and an hpt (im a POAS addict). Well I wiped and there was a bunchhh of ewcm, and my opk was postive (or very close to). But the hpt looks like there might be something there. I attached my bbt chart as well if there's anyone who knows what it all means (because I don't!)
