Are you heavy breasted with downward facing nipples too?
When my son was born we knew right off the bat he wasn't going to latch so I went straight to pumping. I just happen to have the trifecta of difficulties for breastfeeding: large, flat, and pointing down. I was getting extremely frustrated with my flanges because I had to use lanolin, and even when holding them up my nipples would slip pointing down in the tunnels and it wouldn't get all my milk out. I read online somewhere about these flanges called Pumpin' Pals and I'm in ABSOLUTE LOVE. They're sloped for us downward facing mommas and I wanted to share because it changed how I pumped completely! I realized this whole thing sounds like an ad but I really just wanted to get them out there.
