Concern about my boyfriend

Whenever my boyfriend come over and we hang out he’ll leave his phone on the table and will hang out he wouldn’t care if I got his phone or on his social media take pics he wouldn’t care but then there sometimes it’s rare though....He would have his phone in his pocket the whole time we hang out and then when I leave the room he’ll go on his phone or even when he leaves his phone out on the table and when I leave the room he still goes on it should I be concerned about his actions should I approach him about it and he always tell me I have nothing to hide. GIRLS I NEED HELP. We are college students FYI
