No D&C after miscarriage
I just found out today that my baby stopped developing at 8w6d, I was 11w5d today. I've had light bleeding/spotting and very mild cramps. I do not want a D&C and wanted to bleed out normally. I have no clots in the blood and wonder if I don't have any is it possible for my body to just absorb the fetus? My friend told me it was possible.
