Would you consider this pregnant?

FMU and line showed up right away. My cycle isn't normal right now, so I'm not sure how many DPO I would be. I didn't get AF in September, but felt like I ovulated 2 weeks ago. Had sore nipples, cramping etc. I thought I was pregnant back then.. but I think it might be happening now. Thoughts?
