How to clean a vibrator?

I got a wearable vibrator and it was super cheap but the info it came with is all in an Asian language. Just wondering the best way to clean it before and after I use it? It's silicone but I cant submerge it in water because it has a charging part on it. Any suggestions?

you should never use regular soap and water. the soap dries out your toy after while and can cause it to crack, both wasting your money and possibly causing you an infection. you should buy toy cleaner. it will not dry out your toy, plus they are pH balanced, so your lady parts stay healthy! :) (i used to sell Pure Romance, so i have had experience with this)
