Painful Braxton Hicks (FTM)

Does anyone else have painful BH? I’ve only had 3 episodes of them hurting bad enough to breathe through them & 1 episode of them hurting so bad I’ve been physically sick. I’m 30w4d. I like to think I have a high pain tolerance but it’s making me wonder if I’m not as tough as I thought lol. The painful ones usually happen at night when I’m trying to sleep. They don’t go away when I change positions, or walk around or drink water. They come out of literally no where with no warning, last for about an hour & a half & then just go away as fast as they came on. Kinda feels like menstural cramps on steroids & my tummy gets uber uber tight...
