Milk supply decrease 😩 HELP
2 weeks in, I got sick. What seemed to have been an infected duct or similar. I did the warm compress and massaging. Since then, my supply has drastically decreased. From 2-4 solid oz per breast, to 1.5 on one side and .5-1oz on the other. Since, I've been nursing every 1.5-2hrs and taking breastmilk vitamin. I NEED OTHER IDEAS!! I don't want to start formula this early! (Or ever...lol)
