hpw does my month look to you ladies

i am currently 4/5dpo i do my bbt my cm and cvx position every morning at the same time. well this morning i wemt to check my cvx and it was so puffy it almost felt swollen and my bbt is climbing quite well do you ladies think i may possibly get my bfp this month?
