omg morning sickness

so...I'm miserable. I'm constantly queezy and I need of something to just ease it just until my doctor appointment on November 1st. any ideas? I'm at that point I'd rather just be actually puking then just having that I'm going to puke feel and taste. didn't have morning sickness with my first until the last trimester and this one hasn't let me comfortably eat or drink since basically a week before I tested. doctor already knows but thought I should try to tough it out in case it subsided.
