Can a very rough anatomy ultrasound harm baby?
I went to my 19 week anatomy scan and baby wasn’t in the exact position to get one last picture that they needed to take. So the two ladies proceeded to pulsate and jab at my belly really hard to get the baby to move. The baby started moving but still not enough to get in that exact position for the picture. When they did it, it hurt and I kept saying ouch but they claim it wasn’t harming baby. It felt like punches on my stomach because the ultrasound tool is hard and that’s how they was able to move my baby by punching at my belly with the tool. That whole night and next day, my stomach cramped up like crazy, like nothing I ever felt before and I cried and cried. Do you think this can cause any harm to my baby. Also, that day I got the results back of the pictures they took and everything looked fine so baby was good and also my placenta and everything else. Mind you, the pictures was taken before the hitting and jabbing. What do You guys think. I did call the doctor but they wasn’t the most helpful
