Early Preggo Signs?

So what's the earliest anyone has had what they thought to be early pregnancy signs and got their BFP to prove it? Don't have any signs myself just wondering if it's happened to anyone. Still in my 2ww period so not gonna look for any signs until after a missed period. Just mainly curiosity! Baby dust to all!!! 💫🍼🎉❤👣
