Separation induced engorgment
I spent about 12 hours out of town today and was only able to express my milk like twice. So all night I've felt the painful inevitable engorgment and I know it's going to get worse. Should I expect it to get better once I get back on schedule? I hate this. Never going that long without nursing until he's weaned. 😧
