Should i be concern?

Went into the doctors yesterday because was told I had a positive test results. Turn out it was negative. I been having nonstop cramping and lower back pain. And the length of my cervix had shorter. I was supposed to talk about the next treatment options and basically got blew off from my health team. I called yesterday and no one has still return my call. How much cramping is too much and when should I be concern? One doctor telling me its nothing. A another saying I should be concern and now no one is answering my calls. I am worried and frustrated at this point
