I think im pregnant!

My name is Marlene and I've been trying to conceive for a couple of months. But this month was when I was able to have sex while im ovulating. I basically had sex the whole week that I was ovulating. I'm suppose to get my period tomorrow. For the last three days I've been throwing up and nauseous threw out the days. My breast bother me alittle. And I feel alittle cramps. I have one boy he's fourteen years old. I really want to have one more and I really do have a feeling that I probably am excepting. Can I pls get some feedback ladies I would really appreciate it thank you.
