I’m due 10/27, just had an appt and I’m 3cm and very thinned. My doctor also told me that she is leaving town tomorrow for over a week. So basically if I don’t have my baby today, I’ll have a doctor I’ve never met. I have anxiety, so this definitely doesn’t help me.

I’m trying to not let this get to me. No sense in worrying about something completely out of my control. My question is, how much of a role did your OB play in your delivery? I’ve heard of some being very involved and others basically showing up to just catch the baby.

Please put my mind at ease!
