When it doesn’t work

This is my 3rd month on clomid. I ovulate but not pregnant yet. If this month doesn’t work, what do we do next? I’m cd 13 and go for an ultrasound tomorrow. I’ll ask my doctor then. Any advice reg next steps?

You can up the dosage. I am on my 6th round of clomid. Did 3 rounds of 50mg and now on 6th round of 100mg. If it doesn't work I assume IVF is the next step...from what my doctor said.

I finished my 4th round and didn't even ovulate.  Now on cycle day 40 and have to go back for more bloodwork tomorrow then ill get the medicine to start my period.  Hopefully they will also up my dose from 100 to 150.

I did two rounds of clomid, I also ovulated but no BFP. I’m starting with Menopur shots today, and ovidrel before ovulation.
