Biological nursing (BN)

Hey beautiful mommas! I stumbled upon some research re: breastfeeding but with the BN approach and it has REVOLUTIONIZED our BF sessions. This article (https://midwiferytoday.com/mt-articles/biological-nurturing/) goes over such observations as baby pushing away the breast with his fists or putting his hands into his mouth instead of latching on, etc. that my LO totally used to do! With BN, he latches on by himself with little assistance from me. I don't feel like we are fighting anymore during breastfeeding. He even unlatches on his own whereas before he would keep suckling like I was a human pacifier. I hope the BN approach works for others of you like it did for me.
