Breastfeeding my two month old while sick?

I have a sore throat and a runny nose I haven’t taken any meds yet I’m not sure if I can nor if I can continue breastfeeding my son ?? Will I get him sick ??😭 please let me know ladies !!!

You should without a doubt continue breastfeeding. Your body is building antibodies that are fighting your cold. Those antibodies get into your breastmilk so baby can fight it too. If you stop breastfeeding the baby wont get the antibodies and will have a harder time fighting it off.
