How long will baby sleep in your room?
I know they recommend at least the first 6 months and up to a year if possible. I’m going to be a ftm and I feel like that is going to be super hard to do. I will be home for 12 weeks but hubby will be going back to work soon after he’s born. My plan for now is at least the first few weeks, but anything after that I think is going to wreak havoc on his ability to get decent sleep. I don’t feel that we both need to be up and since I’m the one with the boob, it will be me for the first 12 weeks, then we can take turns if need be. What I’m getting at, is how many of you will be following suit and having them in their own room and crib while using a baby monitor when you go back to work?
