Less movement and contractions?

Question

I've been having contractions all day but they were only regular for about an hour earlier they were coming every couple minutes. But my babygirl has barely moved at all today. Is this normal? I just worry a lot! I have weekly ultrasounds to keep an eye on fluid because it's borderline low but not until Thursday so was looking for some help from you ladies! I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow

As long as you can still talk through the contractions and they aren't getting more painful/frequent/closer together you should be fine.
I'm 35w4d and I was feeling decreased movements the past few nights so I got nervous and went in. Of course as soon as they put the monitor on he started moving like crazy. 🙄 My midwife said it's prob bc I'm on the small side it's just getting tighter and there's less space for him to move around, but she said it was good that I came in. She said always trust your instincts, if something doesn't feel right they never mind double checking. ❤️
