I'm dying for a cigarette! Any craving suggestions?

Got my bfp today. I am on the edge like gripping my chair it's taking everything in my power not to smoke right now. My husband sand hell quit with me but I caught him today and took two drags myself ... I know.. I've been smoking for 14 years now. I really need some tips on getting these urges out of my head! Anyone go through this?

If my husband did that I would be sooooo mad. I would be like I need your support. My husband has stopped even drinking coffee because that makes me jealous! Maybe vape? Do some research on it first... but I'm pretty sure it's way better than cigarettes. And don't let hubby cheat anymore!

I’m going through it too! I’ve been a smoker for about 20 years, this is my fifth baby, first baby I’ve planned. When I had my first baby 17 years ago, I was stressed and scared and my OB told me to not worry about quitting right away because it could cause more stress so I just cut back. I’m doing the same thing now even though I know the best thing to really do is quit ASAP. The smell and taste of cigarettes makes me sick around 6 weeks but I do not want to wait that long at all! I’ve been drinking more water, eating carrot sticks, pretzel sticks, anything resembling a cigarette lol
