Is this animal abuse?
A model from Russia had decided that her cat needed some glamour and so decided to get her cat tattooed.
The cat was put under, with the vet there, who apparently authorised it.
The cat woke up from anaesthetic and carried on its normal routine.
Authorities are calling it abuse and are looking into it.
