What vitamin D for infants?

My baby is breast fed and the recommend a vitamin D supplement. I know the poly-vi-sol is a multivitamin. Just wondering what you give your baby

Am I the only one whose pediatrician hasn't recommended the Vitamin D drops? My LO is one years old.

neither...take 6400 iu's of D3 daily and baby will get enough thru the breastmilk

Use drops! There's this and Upspring brand and i'm sure others. Don't use the ones with fillers/colors. And there's no other 100% accurate way to ensure baby gets enough vitamin D via sunlight exposure or via breastmilk if you take a supplement yourself.
