Looking for a pacifier/ Soothie

Hey guys, I have a one week old newborn. I normally don’t use pacifiers (never gave it to my first) but this time around, I feel like my baby needs it. He constantly uses my nipples as pacifiers to go to sleep.

I heard I should get a pacifier that is similar to my nipples. It’s hard because my nipples are really fat lol I tried the Avent ones below.. but after a little session, I tried breastfeeding and my LO was having a hard time latching on to my breasts!!! It freaked me out!! So I stopped. Does anyone recommend of good pacifiers/ smoothies? Or not? Is he too young for it ? Will it cause nipple confusion? I’m desperate as he appears to be up most of the night wanting to just latch and sleep on it vs sleep most of the day.
