Winter Car Seat

Okay so I’m totally new at this so forgive me for what is probably a dumb question. I have so much confusion as to how to go about keeping baby warm this winter in the car seat. I have some light and heavy jackets for her but I’m afraid to put her in the car seat while wearing a big jacket. I also don’t want to dress her warm, then by the end of our 30 minute drive have her sweating like crazy. If I just dress her in a sleeper, I do have one of the nice fluffy JJ Cole car seat covers to keep her bottom half warm but then her upper body is exposed until the car is fully warmed up. I also have a fleece poncho that I could put on her then take off during the car ride but I guarantee she will yank it off almost immediately. Ugh I just want her to be safe in the car seat but not too hot/cold 😫
