irritated ... lol advice please

so my fiancee and I are looking through names. of course we have 2 very different ideas.. I love unique names names that I say and just smile! example: grayen, Lennox, Beckett... he likes "normal" names : richard (dick) , charles (chucky).. those are his 2 favorite names.

he won't even consider pairing unique and original names together.. he will not consider any of the ones I like. I'm irritated and about to cut him out of the naming process.

I have my girls name picked, and I have had it for years, so he's come to terms with it.. but the boys names are causing me to be pissy...

advice?
