Will this lower my supply? How can I keep it up? Should I just go back to double electric? I don’t want to lose my supply!

try it and see how your breasts respond.  sometimes I do better wth the manual, but most of the time the electric is better. part of the issue is I get distracted with the manual and don't keep a good rhythm. either way, it does take TWICE as long and sometimes longer
