Baby not moving as normal what to do ?

I’m 26 weeks pregnant my baby hasn’t  properly kicked since Monday he has a routine at night but hasn’t done that routine since Monday , and sometimes kicks in morning , but hasn’t but not bleeding or manger signs :/ 
What shall I do

I wouldn’t have waited this long. My baby wasn’t moving as normal for like 8 hours and I called my ob and made her check for a heartbeat. Better safe than sorry

My baby had a routine for a long time then at 26 weeks it switched. She stopped moving so much during the day. I asked my Dr and she wasn't concerned. She said it was still a little early for a regular routine and her heart rate sounded great. I'm 27 weeks and 2 days now and she just started kicking a lot more during the day. You can always get checked for the peace of mind. I know it would make me feel better 😊

For peace of mind...doctors don’t recommend starting kick counts until 28 weeks because babies movements can be unpredictable before that point. At 28 weeks kick counts can be started, this entails laying on your side or propped up and counting babies movements, it’s important to watch your belly as well because small movements counts too, not just big jabs. If your baby hasn’t moved 10 times in 2 hours you should call. Hope all is well mama! Hugs!

You need to call a doctor. 4 days of not moving isn’t good. And just because you aren’t bleeding doesn’t mean baby is fine.
