Birth control while breastfeeding?
I’m still months away from labor but I want to figure out early on what to do about birth control. I plan to strictly breast feed so I know that will have some impact in my decision. I absolutely will never do the Depo shot again in my life but what other options are there? Oh and no Mirena I know of too many “uncommon” incidents where it ruptured the uterine wall.
