How How long until Ovidrel 250mcg is out of your system

Just wondering how long it takes to get trigger out of system? Wondering at what point I can trust the second line. This is the first month of it. I took the dose Tuesday night at 8:30pm....

I tested 12 hours past the shot with a pregnancy test and it was positive, so I knew it was in my system........

At 24 hours again at it was darker.....

At 36 hours again at it was super light.....

At 56 hours ( 3DPT) Friday today at 8am no line

Wondering can it be out of my system this early???
