I had both ovarian and tubal cysts. They were simple cysts. Just clear fluid filled.  I had an enlarged ovary from the big cyst on my right ovary , I had several smaller cysts all over the place. I do not have pcos or complex cysts or endo. She doesn't know why they failed to burst or why I developed them. My system is very healthy. There was risk of torsion for me as the karge cyst was decreasing blood flow. She operated in time to prevent it and kids of ovary

Yes. My cysts blocked my tubes, on month I didn't have any period, one month I had it late for 2 days another months I bled for two weeks. Mine didn't go away on their own. They were blocking me, I was in terrible pain, and they posed risk for torsion. I was in the pill for 3 years and developed them. One was huge and my ovary was enlarged as well. I had multiple cysts growing. I had the surgery to remove all the cysts. Everything was in tact and undamaged. Life is much better without them!!!
