Baby gift for friend? Opinion please

So my friend is due in 20 days with her second baby. We don't do many baby showers here in UK so it's just a case of getting a gift for baby once here and you go to visit. We'll get eldest is only 2 (well almost) and she still has everything (most of the big things I gave her before I fell pregnant with my second from my firsts stuff in the garage) well I'm thinking instead of buying her clothes for baby or toys like most will to get her a fancy box filled with things like breast pads, maternity pads, nipple cream, wipes, deodorants, chocolate, bubble bath, txt you know like a mums after birth kit. I'm currently 8 days pp and half the things I forgot to get for me after my baby was born because I was so focused on buying for baby her self is crazy. What you think ladies yay or nay to the box of goodies?
