Yeah but i would sit down and ask him either what have i done or what has he experienced in the past to cause him to stop trusting me and see if its something that can be worked through together either with counseling or other techniques 
Trust can be built and rebuilt and torn down its not always something to just leave over

I would talk to him about what he means by that. I trust my husband when it comes to things like cheating but I don’t trust him when it comes to paying bills. Just saying he doesn’t trust you could mean a lot of different things.

we know each other for 9 years and those nine years I was married to somebody else but I wasn't with him it's a really tough situation with me and my husband now when I knew him I was younger like 19 and I wasn't really planning to be with him cuz I had a partner even though I know I did something wrong on cheating with my ex-husband but throughout the years my ex-husband wasn't never with me so I start going out with my friends and having fun with my friends and he was there and saw everything that was doing but I left my ex-husband and got with him it's been 6 years now that I got with him and had never done anything that to give him a reason to not to trust me anymore

Depends on if I did something to deserve the statement. If I did something bad, than it's understandable and normal that he would need time to rebuild trust. However, if I didn't, we'd need to have a discussion. Ether way you gotta talk to him and work it out. Good luck
