3 white lines between two tiny legs..girl??? pls help

I am 14 weeks 4 days pregnant and my doctor said she is guessing its a girl as there is 3 lines visible between the legs.. she showed me 3 times and there was nothing there other than those 3 lines😄.. (when I was 13 weeks pregnant weeks pregnant with my son the"little thing" was clearly visible during ultrasound). what do you all think.. can this be my lil girl?? I am soooooo excited.. please let me know if anyone had the same experience during early scaning and got confirmed its a girl during anatomy scan???
